Kaspar i Nudådalen centers on Kaspar, a thoughtful eight-year-old boy who lives with his grandfather in the quiet Norrland village of Nudådalen. Philosophical by nature, Kaspar spends his days turning both small and large questions over in his mind. He passes the time playing with his best friend Lisa and tagging along on his grandfather's mischievous outings — a schedule made possible by the fact that the local school has been shut down indefinitely after suffering both water damage and an avalanche.
