Mika, daughter of Millennion crime boss Big Daddy, drags a heavy case to a warehouse after Harry Macdowell's violent coup kills her father. Inside are two massive handguns belonging to a scarred, silent man named Grave, who arms himself and takes on the mission of stopping Harry. Working through assignments from Dr. T — dismantling a street gang, destroying a factory producing Harry's undead soldiers, then confronting former friends and allies in the Millennion leadership who have gained inhuman powers through Harry's research — Grave fights his way toward Harry's tower at the center of the city.
