Donkey Kong Jr.-e tells the other side of the story. After being repeatedly kidnapped and harassed, Mario turns the tables: he captures Donkey Kong and cages him somewhere out of reach. Donkey Kong Jr. is not having it. He sets out to free his father — and every time he closes in, Mario simply moves Donkey Kong further away.
