The United Nations banned all atomic and nuclear weapons, and most were destroyed over the years that followed. What survived is scattered — museum pieces and a few weapons sealed in forgotten bunkers. A global political crisis has since brought world powers into conflict in environments so hostile — extreme weather, toxic terrain — that conventional forces cannot operate. What can operate there is what was left from the old world. The Atomic Cannons have been retrieved, refitted with every ammunition system available, and returned to service. You command one.
