The Sims is a life simulation built around decision-making at every level: the layout of the home, the emotional makeup of the people living in it, the items they own, the careers they pursue, and the relationships they maintain. Ten career tracks are available, each with ten levels of advancement, each requiring specific skill investments to progress. Neglect your Sims badly enough and the consequences escalate — floods, fires, robberies, starvation, and eventually death.
