About This Game
Gradius NEO Imperial puts players on the opposite side of the main conflict. You fly a customized Big Core — not as an enemy of the Gradius Union, but as a rogue ship that has broken away from the Lars Empire. Because this ship has gone rogue rather than defected, you will not be fighting the Gradius Union. The game also reverses the standard scrolling direction of the Gradius series, moving left instead of right.
