The portable resurrection of a classic Spectrum series. The game is separated into two modes of play: the 3D exploration mode and the 2D platforming sections. Also strewn about are more than fifty 2D platforming levels, which you can access through the wulf's head tunnels.

About This Game

Sabre Wulf opens with the shattering of the legendary Sabre Wulf amulet by a mysterious stranger — an act that releases the savage Sabre Wulf from its long imprisonment. The creature's old nemesis, Sabreman, the celebrated explorer and treasure hunter, is the only one with the knowledge and determination to track it down and force it back into captivity. Sabreman's pursuit carries him through a world teeming with magical creatures, each possessing unique abilities that can be wielded as tools or weapons to survive the traps, obstacles, and the Sabre Wulf itself. The game blends 2D and 3D gameplay across a variety of distinct levels, keeping the pursuit unpredictable at every turn.
