Sora Hashiba spent an extended stay in hospital after falling from one of his school's buildings. He came away without serious physical injury but missing a chunk of his memory — along with a recurring vision of dark corridors and a voice calling out to him. Back at the dormitory, he finds a new roommate has been assigned to him: Sunao Fujimori, who everyone says was his childhood friend, though Sora has no recollection of him. The more time Sora spends with Sunao, the stranger things become — especially when Sunao switches into an alternate personality named Ran, and the spirit of a hospitalized classmate possesses Sunao to confess love for him. Depending on player choices, Sora may end up with Sunao, Ran, Hiromu, or Minato.
