A fallen angel survived the descent from Heaven to the Abyss and used what he found there to build a kingdom — the kingdom of Hell. He tried to make it beautiful, but it could never reach the beauty of Heaven, and the demons living in it were caught between that inadequacy and the constant threat of insane fallen angels who also survived the fall and turned violent. Weakening at last after ages of rule, the King created two sons with the last of his power: Alex, golden-haired, born from his red right eye; and Platina, silver-haired, born from his blue left eye. His decree: the twins must fight each other. The winner becomes the new King of Hell. The loser dies. Alex and Platina have never met. The fight begins — and somewhere in the background, a third hand is manipulating both of them.
