About This Game

The previous chapter ended with Bamboo the panda inventor accidentally trapped in the dream world after a lightning strike hit his Televisogno machine. A second attempt to bring him back inadvertently sends his friend Parsley there as well. In the dream world, the two discover they face a two-month wait before the rising sun will return them home — and they have no food or water in the meantime. Exploring separately at first, Parsley eventually finds Bamboo imprisoned inside a candy gelatin in a room full of sweets. A visual link established through the Televisogno lets them communicate with their friends Aurora, Pagui, and Mously back in Tanaboo. Aurora prepares a loosening potion to free Bamboo; Pagui assembles the exchange device Bamboo secretly designed while captive so the potion can be delivered. Freed, Bamboo reveals the return plan: two sugar crystals from the sweets room. Parsley breaks one by accident but finds a replacement elsewhere in the dream world. Ready to leave, they are confronted by the witch Zenda, who reveals she engineered the entire situation to flood the people of Tanaboo with nightmares and sell them pleasant dreams as an alternative. She disappears, certain they are stuck forever. They carry out the return plan, make it back to Tanaboo, and the game ends with Zenda humiliated and the player thanked.
