Shizuru Kamigusa is a schoolgirl with an unusual medical condition: she is allergic to radio waves. Her father works for a company that has been developing a treatment. When a terrorist group led by Ruki Michima seizes the building where the research is being conducted, Shizuru boards a flying mecha and goes in to rescue her father and the medicine before either can be taken away.
