Scarlett

Ohno Akito is a military enthusiast who dropped out of school and has been camping on a small island off Okinawa, drawn there by the American military presence with a vague hope of getting near real hardware. A foreign woman named Shizuka approaches him and says he is in a restricted area. That night he spots a B-2 stealth bomber flying overhead — something that should not be happening. The next morning, trying to get closer to Kadena Air Base for a better look, he runs into Shizuka again.
