The Chosen: Well of Souls
The Chosen: Well Of Souls is an action role-playing game (RPG) in a dark period of the 19th century. The story revolves around 3 characters: Frater Simon, Elena, and Tong Wong (respectively mage, thief, and warrior), who are members of the Mystery Guards Fraternities, organizations devoted to exterminating demons and dark forces. They are now after an immortal sorcerer, Marcus Dominus Ingens, who commands armies of demons, summoned with the souls of alchemists and is bent on destroying God's Envoy, a powerful being who appears every 200 years.

The sorcerer Marcus Dominus Ingens cracked the secret of the Philosopher's Stone and used it to make himself immortal, then systematically eliminated every alchemist who came close to matching his skill, sealing their souls inside golden tanks to fuel his command over infernal forces. To extend that power and claim the world, Marcus must destroy the God's Envoy — a being of supreme goodness who occupies the Equilibrium throne, visited once every 200 years. Too weak to confront the Envoy directly, Marcus unleashes monster hordes to harvest human souls, growing stronger while the Envoy weakens. The Mystery Guards Fraternities respond by recalling their finest Hunters — Simon, Elena, and Tong Wong — to fight back and protect both the God's Envoy and the world's order.
