Foreign Legion soldier Claude Boulet is dispatched to Côte d'Ivoire, where terrorists have seized control and triggered a revolution. Making matters far more dangerous, the insurgents have stolen radioactive waste and are engineering it into bombs. Boulet's mission is to eliminate the threat before those weapons can be deployed.
