About This Game

In 1476, Trevor Belmont destroyed Count Dracula with the help of Sypha, Alucard, and the pirate Grant DeNasty. That history is known. What is less known: in 1777, an infant was left on a merchant ship with nothing but a crest-embroidered headband and the name Armund. The sailors raised him. He became one of the finest men the ship had ever produced. By 1797, stories of Dracula's legacy were spreading again. In Serbia, Armund met an old Romanian man who recognized the crest on his headband and told him it belonged to the DeNasty family — the same line that helped bring Dracula down. Armund left the sea to find out more. He arrived in Romania in 1800, just three years after Alucard defeated his father in a second confrontation. Following a cryptic letter, Armund travels to the castle of Olrox, a loyal servant of Dracula, carrying only an enchanted barbed rope from Serbia. What waits there will be the defining challenge of his life.
