About This Game
The Bydo are an alien race that began a war with humanity, and wave after wave of Earth's fighters have been destroyed trying to push into Bydo territory. With conventional assault failing, Earth sends one commander leading a small armada on a different kind of mission: go directly into the heart of the Bydo Empire and end the war at its source. R-Type Command is a turn-based strategy game in the R-Type universe, adapted from the series' shooter gameplay into a grid-based tactical format.
