Bub and Bob return to face a new threat in Rainbow Islands Evolution: a ruthless recording company determined to flood the Rainbow Islands with relentless musical noise, wilting the vegetation and warping the local wildlife in the process. Armed with a hurdy-gurdy — an old European instrument — the duo fight back by generating rainbows as weapons, turning sound itself into the primary line of defense against the corporate onslaught.
