About This Game

When a high schooler relocates to the tranquil town of Inaba to spend a year with family while his parents are abroad, he expects an uneventful stay in the countryside. Instead, the community is rocked by a series of brutal murders, with victims discovered suspended in grotesque positions as an unnatural fog settles over the area. Local urban legend speaks of witnessing an unknown figure by staring into a powered-down television at midnight during a rainstorm, and the protagonist's curiosity—shared by newfound classmates—leads them through the TV screen into a shrouded realm where they encounter a mysterious being and discover their inner personas, latent psychic powers unique to each individual. The group deduces that their gruesome town's crimes are mysteriously connected to this supernatural dimension and band together as an Investigation Team, threading together the demands of homework, social bonds, and part-time work with perilous expeditions into the TV World to expose the murderer's identity and motives.
