Resident Evil: Uprising

Claire Redfield arrives in Raccoon City looking for her brother and meets Leon S. Kennedy at the police station. They encounter Sherry Birkin hiding in the building alongside the surviving police chief Brian Irons. After Irons is killed by a G-Young erupting from his body, the pair separates: Leon routes through the sewers while Claire pursues Sherry and eventually meets the girl's mother Annette, who explains the G-Virus her husband injected himself with. Claire protects Sherry, synthesizes a vaccine with Annette's help before Annette is fatally wounded, and the group escapes through the laboratory via tram — defeating William's final mutant form together before emerging at the city limits.
