Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future

Released2010
Blaze Union serves as the prequel to Yggdra Union, and shares the same systems with a few minor changes to gameplay. The most notable change is the addition of a mission selection system during two points of the game, which leads up to separate story branches much like a visual novel.

About This Game

Three years before Yggdra Union, the empire of Bronquia is suffering under an incompetent emperor and a corrupt nobility while bandits prey on the poor. In the trade city of Tiera, a young man named Garlot grew up under layers of oppression — from the nobility, from the rich, and from his own abusive father. He and his friends Siskier and Jenon formed a band of noble thieves to protect those who could not protect themselves. A chance encounter with the traveler Medoute and the notice of Landgrave Velleman transforms their small operation into Gram Blaze — an organized force dedicated to bringing order to the empire. The story branches across three paths with four possible endings.
