Three detective cases in one package. Episode I - Kidnapped: The Birchermann children have been taken, and their family's circumstances make everything complicated. Episode II - The Watcher: A young man is found dead beneath his apartment window in a rough part of the city — ruled a jump, but Detective Burton has doubts. Episode III - Snake in the Grass: Burton goes off the books following a trail of unsolved crimes to a quiet town called Garden, where someone has been whispering in the wrong ears for a long time.
