This version of Silent Hill 2 is a remaster included in the Silent Hill HD Collection. The graphics have been re-mastered to 720p, the in-game voice-over was updated along with a re-mastering of the soundtrack and achievements/trophies were added.

About This Game
James Sunderland comes to the town of Silent Hill after a letter from his wife Mary asks him to meet her in their special place there. The trouble is that Mary died three years ago, taking the secrets of her death with her. Suspecting either a cruel hoax or something deeper at work, James honors the letter all the same. Reaching the town's edge, he finds the road blocked and pulls over at an abandoned restroom — the first step, though he doesn't know it, into the mystery of Silent Hill and of his own past.
