The Flick of the Dead

February 26, 2000: AMS agents James Taylor and Gary Stewart are sent to investigate a creature outbreak spreading through an unnamed city. They find their injured partner G waiting with his field journal documenting creature weak points. Working through the city, they defeat Judgment — the combined force of the armored giant Kuarl and the small, volatile Zeal — and the aquatic creature known as the Hierophant. When they rendezvous with agents Amy Crystal and Harry Harris, a crucial piece of history surfaces: Caleb Goldman, the man who funded Dr. Curien's research behind the 1998 Curien Mansion incident, engineered this current outbreak using what he learned from that earlier work.
