It has new graphics, new layout and design, and music ported from Mega Man 2! “Wily got out of prison and he secretly built up his new base on a small island. He stole and reprogrammed Light’s first 6 robot masters from the Robot Museum, to get revenge for being defeated for the 11th time. Dr. Wily sent them across the world to cause total chaos! Will Mega Man be able to stop Wily once again?!”
