Sakura-sou no Pet na Kanojo

Suiko High has two dormitories. The standard one is for ordinary students. Sakura-sou is for the ones who would drive ordinary students to distraction. Kanda Sorata ended up there because he keeps collecting stray cats and cannot bring himself to turn them away. Now he is surrounded by prodigies — each one gifted and each one odd in a distinct way — and has been put in charge of looking after them. Living among them, Sorata finds a goal of his own: winning a game-making competition. He puts together a team from the dormitory's residents — aspiring artists, screenwriters, and voice actors — and works through the stages of development alongside a girl who may matter to him more than any game ever will.
