Hardboiled undead groomer and melancholic otaku Cid Shinjuku thought he and his barbecue-sauce-obsessed partner the Dog of Dracula had put the world right in 199X. It is now the year 2000 in Nuevo Tokyo, and everything has gone to cyberhell. Corporations run a perverse information network called the cyberbahn, sauce abuse is the norm, and the undead no longer want grooming. Once again, Cid must say words and do things.
