Crimson Dragon

On the distant world of Draco, dragons and human colonists have coexisted for a century since Earth's overcrowded populations sought refuge, though the connection to their origin planet has long since faded into silence. A plague called Crimsonscale has ravaged both species for generations, but one survivor from the New Amara settlement emerges with an extraordinary immunity—and the rare ability to bond with and ride the indigenous dragons. Recognizing this exceptional gift, the colony's leadership conscripts the protagonist into their Seeker defense force, placing them under the command of officers Sana and Cadmus. Their first and most urgent mission thrusts them skyward in pursuit of White Phantom, a massive and violent dragon responsible for transmitting Crimsonscale throughout the dragon population and threatening the fragile balance of their world.
