Something has gone badly wrong in the Bayou City research pipeline. Jasper Guns was a disabled scientist used by Papa Caesar—given access and resources in exchange for results. When Caesar fled the mansion and left him behind, Jasper injected himself with an unknown substance rather than face what was coming. The mutation that followed is what G and Isaac had to put down before they could get to Caesar. The horror the Filth DLC adds lives in what Jasper became after Caesar abandoned him to it.
