About This Game
In the present day, Abstergo Entertainment — the multimedia arm of Abstergo — launches its first major release, Liberation, a video game chronicling the life of the Assassin Aveline de Grandpré. The game is heavily censored, scrubbing away any detail of the Assassin–Templar war in a bid to cast the Assassins as villains. As the player advances, however, a group of hackers called Erudito breaks through, slipping in messages that unlock the true story buried beneath Abstergo's edits.
