Gakuen Heaven 2: Double Scramble!

Bell Liberty School—BL School—is a near-legendary boarding school where the country's elite students are hand-selected to attend. Yuki Asahina was, somehow, among those chosen. On his very first day, he receives a mysterious armband—which turns out to be the symbol of the Student Body President. The position comes with a catch that nobody bothered to mention: the Student Body President has been stripped of all real power and reduced to a servant.
