Thieves' Gambit: The Curse of the Black Cat is a text-based interactive heist game in which the player assembles a crew, infiltrates the palace of San Castellano, and attempts to steal the world's unluckiest gem while outwitting the relentless Inspector Leclerc and managing the accumulating evidence that the Curse of the Black Cat is entirely real. The game offers choices of gender, sexual orientation, and approach—honor vs. ruthlessness, technical genius vs. master of disguise.
