Nanairo Reincarnation

When Kagami Makoto moves into his late grandfather's estate during his third year of college, he is planning ahead. His plans dissolve quickly when Iyo — a childhood friend who happens to be a zashiki-warashi — appears looking exactly as she did a decade ago, followed by Kikyou, a demon claiming his family has supernatural obligations. A detective from the local police force is soon at his door as well, insisting he take up his family's duty: helping wandering spirits pass on to the afterlife and assisting with supernatural crimes. A case larger than any of them anticipated is already in motion.
