Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Dual Pack

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire retell the story of the original Ruby and Sapphire in modernized form. The player arrives in the Hoenn region from Johto—their father Norman has become the leader of the Petalburg City Gym—and begins their journey in the small town of Littleroot. Professor Birch is the region's leading researcher; rescuing him from a wild Poochyena earns the player their starter Pokémon: Treecko, Torchic, or Mudkip. From there, the journey across Hoenn involves eight Gym Leaders, a Pokédex to complete, and the expanded mythology of the remakes layered beneath.
