11gatsu no Arcadia

The island of Ruiseitou draws visitors with its ocean views and historic Western-style streets, especially in October when the town dresses in Halloween decorations for the founding festival of Kidai Gakuen. A wish-granting jewel is displayed publicly at the festival each year, and each year someone tries to steal it, and each year Takuto and his power-gifted security team stop them. This year Takuto is the one with a plan to steal it—three years in the making, built around the hope of bringing his younger sister back from the dead.
