Cobra Club is a tool for taking back the dick pic from its association with tabloid scandals and political misconduct—and reconsidering it as a form of consent, self-expression, and democratic gesture. The game provides everyone, regardless of anatomy, access to a fully-adjustable virtual 3D penis and versatile camera controls, making it possible to create and share images that belong to no specific person and to everyone at once. It also engages directly with government mass surveillance: a built-in feature asks "Can They See My Dick?" and examines how spy complexes claim to "collect it all" without meaningful oversight.
