Touhou Shinpiroku: Urban Legend in Limbo.

Unsettling rumors are spreading through the Human Village in Gensokyo. A dog with a human's face. An old woman selling human feet. The adults dismiss them as children's nonsense, and the adults aren't wrong—these are the outside world's urban legends, impossible stories. But urban legends have a strange property: as the stories mutate, the anomalies they describe begin to manifest. Reimu and the other girls of Gensokyo have figured out that by controlling the rumors—by being unafraid—they can harness the manifested anomalies as their own power rather than letting them run wild. It was a solid plan. And then, one night, everything changed.
