Something has gone terribly wrong in Newton Abbot. A strange disease has spread through the entire population, leaving every resident an identical clone of a man named Derick. As the town's overworked pharmacist, you must keep diagnosing ailments, dispensing medicine, and managing your dwindling supplies while increasingly suspicious orders arrive from Vitacure HQ, demanding compliance you may not be willing to give. Six different endings await, shaped by the choices you make between doing your job and doing what is right. A darkly surreal management game wrapped in unsettling humour.
