Feral Boyfriend

After falling ill, the protagonist loses his scholarship and risks losing his place in school entirely. The only path to staying enrolled is to rehabilitate three troublemaker beasts: a prideful wolf, a tsundere fox, and a deceiving rabbit. He has to get each of them to turn over a new leaf—while somehow graduating peacefully in the process.
