Lulu attends a magic school, but "attends" is generous—she's mostly caused trouble and lagged behind in skill. A forced transfer to a new school offers a fresh start, until she learns something that upends everything: she has no magical attribute whatsoever. For a student of the arcane arts, an attribute isn't optional. Graduate without one and her magic will be sealed permanently. The clock is running.
