Ratchet & Clank
Ratchet & Clank is a single-player third-person shooter with platforming elements, and a reimagining of the series' first game. Players mainly control Ratchet, traveling from planet to planet to battle enemies with a wide range of inventive weapons and gadgets while crossing gaps with a grappling hook, riding grind rails, and solving occasional puzzles. Segments controlling the robot Clank focus on environmental puzzle solving, and the game also includes hoverboard races and spaceship combat. Weapons and gadgets are unlocked through progress or bought using bolts collected during play.

About This Game
A young Lombax tinkerer named Ratchet yearns to become a member of the elite Galactic Rangers, only to face rejection at every turn. His fortunes shift when he encounters Clank, a diminutive defective robot on the run from a factory controlled by the villainous Chairman Drek, whose Blarg army is systematically dismantling entire planets to harvest their resources. Together, Ratchet and Clank uncover Drek's sinister plan to construct a synthetic world for his species and race to alert the Rangers before it's too late. They find an unlikely ally in the swaggering Captain Qwark, and the trio must combine their abilities to dismantle Drek's empire and prevent interstellar catastrophe.
