The year is 2098 and the culinary world has gone off the deep end. After the Great Gluten Panic of 2072, most people in New City abandoned real food entirely, replacing meals with nutrient pods and synthetic flavor cartridges. Opening a pizza shop is now as dangerous as smuggling contraband cheese. But Mario Meatballs didn't get the memo. Armed with nothing but a dream and a rolling pin, he sets up shop on the outskirts of New City. By day he slings hot pies to the few brave souls who still crave real food. By night he fends off waves of Carb-Free Crusaders and Health Enforcers determined to shut him down. A pizza-making simulation fused with tower defense, serving resistance one saucy slice at a time.
