Kamen Rider Ex-Aid has been pulled into the world of competitive bicycle racing, and the only way out is to ride through it. The game is a side-scrolling action runner in which Ex-Aid pushes through the levels while Poppy Pipopapo and Kamen Rider Brave appear as backup. Along the route, players collect cards that contain sealed power, using them to cooperate against the Bugsters—the game-born enemies who populate this trapped virtual world.
