Zarya and the Cursed Skull

Zarya is spending summer in Paris with her best friend Abbie and her grandfather. When he takes her to the village where she was born, strange things begin: black beasts not seen for two centuries, unexplained sounds, objects moving without being touched. Meanwhile, girls are disappearing in Paris. A villain named Malphas wants what was passed down to Zarya. When she finally asks her grandfather whether she is a witch, his answer is not quite what she expected.
