The Darkness is spreading from its source—Dark Prince Rhigor, who has found a way to channel it through the Ethi into the wider realm. Eleven of the twelve kingdoms are too busy fighting each other to notice. Galiveth, the Kingdom of the East, is the exception: King Yehar has been warned in his dreams and takes the warning seriously. He sends the Knights of Galiveth to confirm what he already suspects.
