Plague Road

A city is being consumed from within by a plague that nothing conventional has been able to stop. A doctor who once abandoned this place—and the people in it—returns to find out what happened to those they left behind. Plague Road is a turn-based RPG about making the journey from a safe farm refuge through progressively more infected regions toward the city's center, rescuing survivors along the way and using their abilities to fight the monsters the plague has produced. The doctor's history with the city and its people is part of what each run uncovers.
