Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record

Iroha Tamaki is a magical girl who keeps dreaming about an unknown girl in a hospital. She travels to Kamihama City to understand why. While tracking a witch there, she encounters Kaede Akino—another magical girl who warns her that Kamihama's witches are unusually powerful. Iroha is also searching for an unusually small Kyubey; Kaede has seen it, last inside a witch's barrier. After falling unconscious during the chase, Iroha is found by Momoko Togame and taken to Kamihama's "Adjuster"—a magical girl named Mitama Yakumo, whose ability to touch Soul Gems reveals memories. When Mitama asks Iroha what her wish was, Iroha realizes she cannot remember it. The search for answers becomes the entire shape of the game.
