Beauty and the Silent Beast
"Beauty and the Beast" is the famous animation film.
The original long story was written by French novelist, Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve.
Later, the shorter version was rewritten by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont.
And this is the origin of the story which we know today.
In this app, I changed the story dynamically based on the story written by Beaumont.
I hope you enjoy the story in the special version.
It depends on the player, if the Beast changes back to what he was, the Prince.

A merchant with three sons and three daughters lived prosperously—until his ship was lost at sea. When news came that the ship had been found, he traveled to retrieve his assets. His older daughters asked for jewels. His youngest daughter, Belle—who preferred books to men—asked only for a rose. He took it from the garden of a Beast's palace. The Beast demanded either the merchant's life or his daughter's. Belle, unwilling to let her father die for a flower she requested, went to the palace with a plan: she would make the Beast fall in love with her. She believed that love, once established, would make her safe. A visual novel retelling of Beauty and the Beast, exploring what Belle was actually thinking throughout.
