You are dreaming. Somewhere outside the dream, you are unconscious in a hospital bed with 30 minutes of insurance-covered life support remaining. After that, you get unplugged. Inside the dream, you have 30 minutes to explore and collect enough dream money to stay alive in the real world. Demonic nurses and orderlies block every path.
