Boku to Nurse no Kenshuu Nisshi

On the first day of his hospital residency, Takuya reunites with his childhood friend Mio—now a nurse on staff. Their professional proximity grows into something more, until an accident changes everything: he falls down stairs while shielding her and breaks his arm and leg.
