Johnny Turbo's Arcade: Sly Spy

In the world of 199X, jetpack-equipped terrorists from the Council for World Domination attack the President and First Lady of the United States at the White House. Both are presumed dead. American secret agent Sly is assigned to take the CWD down — a criminal organization dealing in arms and government corruption with an eye on global conquest. He parachutes into Washington D.C. and fights across the country, racing to eliminate the organization and prevent their nuclear missile from hitting its target before the world runs out of time.
